If there is a problem with your order, we will contact you for further verification. If no response is received within 24 hours, a second attempt will be made to contact you. If still no response the order will be cancelled. Return Policy Merchandise that is purchased online may be returned for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. The shoes must be returned in their original boxes and in their original condition (unworn) to receive a full refund. The credit for the return will be applied to your account within 5-7 business days. Merchandise that is purchased online and returned after 30 days from the date of purchase in their original boxes and in their original condition (unworn) will receive a store credit. All sale or clearance merchandise is final sale. Exchanges We require that you contact us via email to receive authorization and further instructions to exchange your merchandise. Exchanges can be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. We will pay to ship your new merchandise; however we do not pay the return shipping charges.
